Sujit Choudhry Featured In Essay Collection On Constitutional Transitions

Recently, a collection of essays entitled “Territory and Power in Constitutional Transitions” was published. This book consists of 17 different case studies and a companion policy paper that was written by Sujit Choudhry and George Anderson. This companion paper is entitled with the same name as the collection itself.
